Where's my order?

Orders generally ship within 3-7 business days. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed and shipped you will receive a second email with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact info@warmwinterdays.com.

Am I able to combine order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to combine orders. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible and as a result it cannot be modified or canceled once an order has been placed.

How do I modify my order once it's been placed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order for the desired size and initiate a return request to send back your original order.

Will I be charged any custom fees?

Please note orders placed outside of the Hong Kong will be charged separate customs fees that is not included in the delivery charge. Not all orders will face custom fees but we highly encourage you to check before placing an order to avoid suprises or delays. Customs fees are determined individually by the border of your delivery country and you will be notified of the customs charge once the order is arrived at your country's border by the courier, unfortunately at this time we are unable to advise the individual costs. This fee must be paid before the border control of your country will dispatch your order.

If you decide not to pay the custom fees after placing the order, we will issue a refund once the package is arrived at our warehouse. Any return fee or handling charges will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We use a range of courier providers for the most efficient and convenient shipping possible to each location.

What are the shipping rates?

Our shipping rates and lengths are determined individually depending on the country you are ordering to and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 14 working days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to return the item back to the customer if these conditions aren't met.

What is your return/exchange postage policy?

All shipping costs due to exchanges/returns will be borne by the customer unless proven faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges/returns and the customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the products back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered return parcels during transit. We recommend that any return goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.

What do I do if I received a faulty item?

Please contact info@warmwinterdays.com if you believe there is a fault, incorrect or item missing with a photo along with your order number. All claims needs to be lodged within 14 days of receiving an item. Refunds will only be processed if the item is proven faulty or incorrect. We reserve the right to to refuse a return if it does not meet our standards.

Where’s my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your refund, we advise contacting your bank or payment provider directly to get an update on the refund progress.
